Images: We have used images from Pixabay and other Creative Commons License (CC0) compatible websites. One needs to replace the images used in the themes for demo purposes with their own images.
Ownership and Liability: You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Pinnacle Themes.
Refunds Policy: Given that we sell non-tangible digital goods we do not offer refunds as standard. Once payment is made you will not automatically be entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
However we provide support for 1 year from the date of purchase.
We may require the following in order to help you serve better:
1. Your website URL and WordPress admin details.
2. Your FTP details if required.
3. In case of managed hosting from companies like Godaddy customer name/username and password may be required.
Confidentiality:
We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such, any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to third parties. However, Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities.
