Why is Pricing per year?
Since WordPress constantly keeps on updating itself and its core it is necessary that the themes are also well maintained. Plus you also might need support for as long as you use the theme. You can continue using the theme and cancel subscription anytime. However you will stop receiving updates and support after subscription of 1 year expires and in case you do not wish to renew.
Do you offer refunds?
Given that we are selling non tangible goods its not possible for us to refund. Kindly ensure you ask us all questions you have before purchase and we will ensure to keep you satisfied and provide full support for the item you purchase.
How can i pay?
We offer both credit card and debit card gateways as well as PayPal gateway for purchase.
What do i get after purchase?
You receive theme zip file after purchase which you can upload anytime on your appearance>themes>add new zone in your WordPress admin panel. For PSD file kindly send us a request and we send it separately.
Nature of Support
Support for any theme is for 1 year from the date of purchase. Support normally includes any problems you are having setting up the theme as well as demo content or any bugs you notice. We reply back within 24-48 hours except the weekends.
